16 Jeff lives on his own in a two bed apartment on level 5 of an apartment block in Lane Cove. He is working full time and enjoys going on walking trips to Europe. “It means for me that I can leave the apartment when I go to Europe, I can lock it up behind me…I just need to get one of my sons to water the plants occasionally.” “I’m working, I leave in the morning and I come back in the afternoon, it is all pretty well self contained and it’s not much effort, I feel relaxed.” Jeff has the Bella Bacio Cafe down stairs, a shared gym and swimming pool and gardens. From his balcony Jeff looks over a small forest of trees with a water course weaving through it. For Jeff’s other balcony off the main bedroom he looks north across the shared gardens to the adjoining apartment building.
