4 MERITON IS A LARGE EMPLOYER OF JOBS IN SYDNEY INCLUDING THEIR PAGEWOOD GREEN PROJECT Pagewood Green is a large mixed use precinct with 3,336 apartments. The project is being built by Meriton with a large workforce of over 500 people. In March the number of workers was 534 as measured by Meriton’s daily job count. While this may seem like a lot of people it was only a part of Meriton’s daily worker count which came to 2,733 in early March 2018. The schedules below indicate the number of workers for each trade.
