The casino’s owner has been awaiting a decision from the Department of Planning Industry and Environment on the tower — which is now a year and a half behind its planned development timeline. The Daily Telegraph can also reveal the state government is yet to lodge a development application for the major Sydney Fish Market revamp despite being in a position to do so for the past three months.
