Media Release: Extra Tier 2 TOD sites welcome – but focus must be on high yield Tier 1 sites if we are going to put a dent in the housing supply crisis
Urban Taskforce CEO, Tom Forrest, today supported the addition of 6 new Tier 2 Transport Oriented Development sites, saying this reflects a welcome change in attitude from some Councils and called upon others to get on board with housing supply.
The Minns Government extra heavy rail stations on the Tier 2 TOD lists are:
– Belmore
– Punchbowl
– Lakemba
– Cardiff (Hunter)
– Cockle Creek (Hunter)
– Woy Woy (Central Coast)
