Sutherland Shire is proposing changes to its Section 94 Miranda Centre Open Space Embellishment Plan and Section 94A Developer Contributions Plan for Miranda Centre. The Council advises that the purpose of the draft plans is to update the works program of each plan to reflect the projects identified for the Miranda Centre in the Sutherland Shire Development Control Plan. The draft plans are on public exhibition until 1 June 2010 and can be accessed here.
