Cessnock City Council will re-exhibit its draft local environment plan in July. It seems that a number of changes have been made to the original exhibited draft and because of this, the Council resolved to seek further public comment. More information on this can be accessed from here.
Greater Taree City Council has a new local environmental plan (LEP). Greater Taree LEP 2010 was gazetted on 25 June and is now in force. The Council has also prepared a city wide DCP to consolidate numerous DCPs into a single plan. More information can be accessed from here (LEP)and here (DCP).
Gundagai Shire Council has a draft comprehensive LEP on public exhibition. Comments on the Draft Gundagai Local Environmental Plan 2010 will be received until 27 August 2010. Further information can be accessed from here.
