the Australian financial community. He is a director of
more than 40 Macquarie companies and has oversight of
Macquarie’s property funds management businesses,
which manage globally more than $23 billion of property,

now manages a core margin lending book of more than $3
billion.
Mr Moss also set up Medallist Developments – a
joint venture with Greg Norman’s private company,
Great White Shark Enterprises. Medallist is a developer
of residential lifestyle communities where the primary
focus is on developing “golf course communities”
with additional amenities and services for residents and
guests. About 15,000 residential lots and 15 golf courses
are currently under development. These projects are located
throughout Australia, the United States and Mexico.
In addition to the Medallist projects, Macquarie Property
has participated in the development of more than 18,000
residential dwellings and has been major contributor to
the growth and development of quality housing estates.
In addition, Mr Moss is well known for his support for
a number of charities. He is a patron of the National
Aboriginal Sports Corporation of Australia and is a major
