The event was attended by a large group of property developers who were keen to hear about the NSW Government’s Metropolitan Strategy and its proposal for the North West and South West Growth Centres.

At the Annual Dinner and Awards night of the NSW Urban Taskforce at the Westin Hotel in Sydney tonight, the NSW Urban Taskforce’s Development Excellence Award 2005 was presented to the Walsh Bay Partnership, a Mirvac and Transfield partnership, for the Walsh Bay redevelopment.
