  Formerly known as the “KENS” site, the development comprises a 32 storey commercial office space, 2 retail levels, 6 levels of basement parking, a north facing urban park and the refurbishment of the Erskine Terraces. The development was pre leased to Westpac Banking Corporation and pre-sold to Westpac Funds Management Ltd.

  A medium density residential development to comprise 66 new units and townhouses on completion. Block C is the first of three buildings. Key design elements include integration with the surrounding landscape, particularly the eucalypt canopy, and the use of natural lighting and ventilation.

  An urban regeneration site that will contain a mixed-use development of 9 sites with 1200 apartments, 54,000m2 of retail and commercial space and 2.3 hectares of parkland on Cooks River frontage. Stage 1 comprises the Greenbank building with 135 apartments, restoration of heritage buildings and creation of public open space.

“Kings View”, Rose Bay
Coles Myer Property Developments Ltd
  An adaptive reuse of the original North Rose Bay Cinema art deco heritage building, into a contemporary supermarket and mixed use commercial and residential apartments. The development involved the retention and reinstatement of original design elements.
